Scheuten Solar Solutions BV

Het Chinese Solar Technology bedrijf Aiko Solar Ltd heeft in mei 2012 de IP rechten van Scheuten Solar gekocht en vanuit die positie een nieuwe groep bedrijven opgericht onder de naam Scheuten Solar Solutions. Scheuten Solar Solutions produceert en ontwikkelt zonnepanelen en vermarkt deze zowel via een dealer netwerk als via haar projecten bedrijf.

Opdracht

De rol van Director Finance & IT ingevuld, met als voornaamste doel om de Finance en IT functie in te richten in deze nieuw opgerichte groep van bedrijven met snelle en grote expansie plannen. Primaire focus ligt op de inrichting van de financiële functie, Cashflow forecast, Financiële rapportage en consolidatie, IT infrastructuur ingericht in de Cloud, implementatie van ERP applicatie (Navision), Corporate Finance, Cashmanagement Deutsche bank geïmplementeerd, opstarten van een productie faciliteit in Gelsenkirchen, oprichting van buitenlandse verkoopkantoren. Leiding aan 6 medewerkers. Lid MT.

Carel and I started almost at the same time in the startup phase of the new founded company Scheuten Solar Solutions. In fact, Carel was the first external candidate we engaged for the crucial position as interim finance director. Within the short period we worked together it became clear to me why Carel has a very good track record as interim finance professional. In a challenging environment with new ambitious investors he succeeded in implementing a clear structure and roadmap for both the Finance and IT-department.
